Hi Jeanne – So glad this poem resonated with you. Thanks for the kind words. This poem is based on Joan of Arc, updated (and informed a little by my friendship with a woman warrior named Jennifer), but she’s an archetype, so of course if the shoe fits, you’re welcome to it!
